In this concert, we dream of a future world of happiness and peace, through the imagery and celebration of Jesus’s birth and the music of Christmas and Advent. We explore familiar carols of the season in both traditional and newer arrangements, with the sounds of harp and organ accompanying the choir and soloists. We will present a number of carols by currently active composers, including Cambridge-based Carson Cooman. Through its incredible impact on our featured composers' works, the news of Christ's birth propels and illuminates a bright path forward—a true radiant dawn.
